Accessibility Policy
We are committed to equity and justice, including for individuals with disabilities and strive towards accessibility for both our physical and online presence.
We are continually improving our website to ensure it meets the needs of all our clients. If, however, there is difficulty in accessing information on our website for accessibility challenges, please do not hesitate to reach out to us.
We frequently host virtual workshops through the online platform of Zoom. To increase the accessibility of these events, we are happy to provide the services of an ALS/English Interpreter through the Toronto Sign Language Interpreter Service. Please feel free to contact our team if you require these services and we will gladly arrange them for you.
Physical Accessibility
We are located on the upper level of a heritage house on Lower Ossington Avenue and due to the nature of this old architecture, our studio entry is only accessible by stairs. It is our sincerest hope to assist folks with all levels of physical ability and if you are unable to access our space via the stairs, we will come to you. Please call us before your visit so that we may meet you at street level, buy you a coffee across the street for our meeting, or arrange an initial virtual visit to hear about your jewel needs.
Our interior space is airy and bright. Our current retail section takes up a sparkling corner of our studio space and is easy to shop. Our treasure drawers filled with materials for custom are strategically placed across the room for ease of functionality for our various services to co-exist. When we host workshops the group has the space all to themselves and appointments are scheduled elsewhere or virtually.
We have a customer washroom available for use and a beautiful back porch where we love to host consults and workshops if your preference is to be outside and weather permits. Our goal is to customize your experience as perfectly and uniquely as possible to you and your needs, so please let us know all necessary details to do just that!
